Mark Stafford

Mark Stafford is one of the designers of the Exo-Force lego models, including the HRT, the Dark Panther, and the cancelled Jungle Thrasher. He often goes by the nickname Nabii.

Mark Stafford also designed a Deep Jungle era polybag sized set consisting of Hikaru and a remote controlled robot turtle based (with permission) on Peter Reid's design. This was cancelled in the design phase and never reached the point of even getting a set number.
